"Pentesilea"

Peter Stein, one of the most daring and inspiring directors born in Germany, presented Penthesileia at the first world premiere, at the ancient theater of Epidaurus, with an international group of 50 people which Stefania participated in the amazon chorus, and followed the entire international tour.

The set was done by Dionisis Fotopoulos and the protagonists were Maddalena Cripa and Graciano Piazza. The production of the (Attiki Cultural Society, on behalf of Greece, four Festivals -Srachouss, Urbizalia, Merida and Carnuntum in cooperation with the Prefectural Administration of Argolidus) was prepared in Italy and disigned specifically for the Edidaurus theater a “theater artwork that speaks directly to us after 2,500 years, ” as Stein states.
